Jim's name was given to me via a co-worker. When I had first met Jim, he agreed to meet me at my childhood home to discuss necessary improvements whether or not he was to be retained as my agent. Re-roofing the home was highly recommended, while painting the outside of the house, or re-landscaping was deemed to have only minor impact for a sale.

Following the signing of the Purchase and Sales Agreement, a subsequent home inspection resulted in numerous "punch-list" repair items. Jim's negotiating skills became useful with minimum out-of-pocket cost to me and some resourceful innovative thinking such as removing a structurally un-sound carport structure rather than replacing such with a new structure. I have nothing, but great things to say about Jim Pankiewicz! Jim had the ability to translate my vision of the kinds of properties we were looking for into tangible results. My boyfriend and I gave him quite a few requirements to work with and he was still able to deliver results. We only had to look at a handful of condos with Jim until we had found our dream place and put an offer in (and I would consider myself a picky buyer so this is saying a lot!).
